Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Redex will make every effort to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

6. Shipment Tracking

Customers can track their shipments using the Order Tracking feature available on the Redex website. A tracking number will be provided after shipment confirmation.

7. Liability & Compensation

Redex’s liability for loss or damage is limited and subject to the declared value of the shipment and applicable shipping regulations. Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be reported within a specified time frame after delivery.

8. Customs & Duties

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country.
